Thor Medical ASA: Primary Insider Notification in Relation to Redelivery of Shares

Oslo, Norway, 10 September 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Thor Medical ASA (the "Company") on 3 September 2026 regarding the successful completion of a private placement (the "Private Placement") and a retail offering through Nordnet (the "Retail Offering").

Reference is also made to the share lending agreement entered into by and between the Company, its shareholder Scatec Innovation AS as share lender and Arctic Securities AS and ABG Sundal Collier ASA as managers (the "Managers"), to facilitate delivery-versus-payment settlement in the Private Placement and the Retail Offering (the "Share Lending Agreement").

Following the registration of the share capital increases pertaining to the Private Placement and the Retail Offering, the Managers will today redeliver 57,291,667 new shares in the Company to Scatec Innovation AS pursuant to the Share Lending Agreement.

Scatec Innovation AS is a close associate of chairman John Andersen. Primary insider notifications pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation article 19 are attached.
