Personal data is stored as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. The website is built in Webflow, and the solution is provided by our partner BDO AS. Stored data is hosted on servers at Webflow, with physical servers located in the USA.
Webflow is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for the exchange of personal data between the EU/EEA and the USA. Additionally, Webflow uses DPA contract clauses for data export from Europe, which impose GDPR-compliant data processing requirements. The DPA is available via https://webflow.com/legal/terms.

Personal data is shared internally at Thor Medical only with employees who need access to perform their duties.

Our partner BDO AS has technical access to Thor Medical ASA’s Webflow solution to provide support and maintenance related to functionality and content and may therefore have access to personal data stored there.
