Webflow is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for the exchange of personal data between the EU/EEA and the USA. Additionally, Webflow uses DPA contract clauses for data export from Europe, which impose GDPR-compliant data processing requirements. The DPA is available via https://webflow.com/legal/terms.
